Face to face is back and virtual still works. We can bank a lot of learning from the past couple of years in terms of resilience, innovation and adaptation in service of value creation. Now in many parts of the world face to face re-introduces a dimension to that virtual world we were getting used to. This is especially important in top team facilitation and will also translate to group and individual coaching and the trust embedded in consulting practice. It is not about going back to how things were, more about always seeking the right blend in service of the best possible outcomes.
